This website has it

Anyway i do know how to use some basics on Dreamweaver.
It's the best program for web design. Very Happy

I learned how to use Dreamweaver in my webdesign class and I can do a lot of my own work in class.

I also know basic code so that when if it comes down to it I can use notepad.

I hate all those programs :\

I prefer notepad to be honest. That way I have full control of the actual code, and I don't have any limits other than what W3 tells me. I rather look at long lines of coding than some program's interface.

Dreamweaver is ok, if you strictly keep to code view. Otherwise it will limit how much you learn.

I'm only 13 and 14 on June I learned HTML and CSS with notepad before using dreamweaver and it really helps because some of the time in dreamweaver I must type codes manually ! The only reason i use dreamweaver us so that It can speed up my work when i made websites saves me hours of extra time!

Re: Do you use dreamweaver?

Post by Keitho on Thu 07 May 2009, 1:32 pm

yea, but before i had dreamweaver i had my browser opened with my site and my notepad while editing . So when ever i had changed the code i do CTRL S and then refresh my browser and takes the same amount of time as it does when ur in dreamweaver.. right? so instead of opening and closing the browser each time you update codes all u do is refresh...

Re: Do you use dreamweaver?

Post by Jake on Wed 20 May 2009, 11:51 am

I used Dreamweaver a bit back when I was in high school, but I didn't really like it. I'd rather just code all my stuff on my own, with perhaps a little guidance if needed.

It is a great software for those that don't want to take the time to learn coding on their own right away, though. Well, it is also pretty good to learn coding at the same time... Hehe.
