What do you guys look for in your webhost?

I looking for a decent billing system. If they dont have any sort of billing system then I would stay away from.

Also I looking for no over selling. I see the word unlimited and I run a mile!

Usually an FTP client as part of the web hosting package. Although price is important, you can get some decent FTP Clients as part of a Web Hosting package fro free, so I'm happy.

CoreFTP is free and Filezilla. Both are great and does all that you need. You just need good support and quality hosting. Budget Hosting would not really offer that.
