Twilight <3 Empty Twilight <3

I didn't see Twilight until late in the game, really. When it was in theaters, I wasn't aware of it, other than seeing the title here and there. Once I came across some information about it, I decided to give it a chance. Also, I figured that I have seen worse most likely so why not...

Personally, I was pleasantly surprised. The film was very enjoyable over-all. Sure, some of the special effects could have been better, but they weren't so bad that you couldn't watch them. Besides, the movie wasn't really trying to pull off the best SE ever anyway.

Though I liked the first movie of the series, I am a bit worried they might be screwing the films to follow. Mainly because they are getting different director's, etc, for all of the movies. I assume they are doing this because they want to get all of the movies out within a certain time frame. Either way, I'll watch and hope for the best. New Moon (next movie in the series) should be out this year sometime.

A friend of mine had read the books and advised me to do the same considering I enjoyed the movie so much. The Saga is a very good read. It kept me interested to the very end. For those of you who do not know, there are four books in the set, and the writer has decided to work on another book that tells the story of Twilight from the point of view of the character Edward.

I really enjoy movies that have a lot of genre's all mixed together just as this movie has managed to accomplish. So if you have the time and enjoy a good romance, drama, thriller, plus some... check it out.

Oh and if anyone decides they want to buy the collection, I bought mine from Amazon for $50.00 [hard-covers] which was, and is a good deal. Though while in Sam's Club a couple weeks back I noticed they had the collection [hard-covers] on sale there for $35.00. Now that's the best deal around.

Aw Fin. I am an not addict. But I can appreciate a good multi-genre movie/book series when I see/read one. Anyway, thanks for reply. I was beginning to think no one would, hehe.
