Great tool!
All you do is insert the video url, then it downloads, and it can also change the format of the downloaded video.
When downloaded the videos are a flv file.

Great find, Someoneinsane. If I'm not mistaken, there's also an extension from firefox that let's you download any videos from the net but I haven't tried it out yet so I can't tell which one is better.
