Animated flash website?

Hi,

I know this could be in webdesign too but hey its about animation:)

Just wnated to ask does anyone make any websites with flash or has made any? I find it hard ... I do make some design pieces with flash but not sites. By colleague does some cool sites in flash although its time consuming.

surely you could just use a normal page with JS rollover buttons etc?

I ment as in creating proper flash elements ... that would be cheating lol (well not kind of)

I think if you jsut wanted to do rollover buttons JS would be fine. But if you really want to get creative i think flash could do alot more then what JS is capapble of? I do agree with Adil that it is probably time consuming but i'm sure just about everything else is also.

javascript would be a cool way, use dynamicdrive where possible it has some awesome resources.
