Best free hosting

Hey guys I have found some sites that offer free hosting with cPanel 11, which is way better than what you normally get which is Vista Panel. They are both free and on one you only have to post 10 posts a month to get no ads and their are no ads on the other. The links are http://www.hosting4you.net and http://www.hastyfree.com

Could this host any type of website.
I want a forum using Mybb, I have all the Plug-ins and stuff, could these hosters hold Mybb software as I really want a free domain Mybb forum.

The second link wasn't broken, maybe the site was down as they are changing servers I think.

They can host MyBB you just need to make your own MYSQL database and install yourself, as they dont have MyBB on Fantastico. They only have phpBB and SMF with auto-installers.

Ok, I'll just have to keep searching then.
