i think i know what your talking about. im actually not sure how to make that ive never really tried... maybe FinnianM could help you out.

I think splatter brushes might help, if you using Photoshop! does what you want look like this:

actually, im very attracted.actually the graphic i mean, i saw it in this forum, one of KF members did it.so i post it here as your reference.
