[GIMP] Brush Options

Anyone here that uses Gimp knows if there is a brush options in Gimp. Like say if i select a brush and want to rotate it or just edit the dynamics of the brush where would i go? Thanks in advance

You would right click the brush and click on "Edit Brush"

Though I don't think that you can edit the default brushes unless you made your own.

Hrmmm, that sucks taht you can't edit the brushes... someoneinsane, can get to the brush editor for the brushes, but the problem is i can't edit the brushes... All the options is grayed out and it says taht the brush is read only. I wonder how i can change it so it wont be read only.. hrmm.. time to go on a hunt..

No, i mean if i had a downloaded brush and wanted to edit its angle and such would it be possible with Gimp. I know you can change the angle and such in photoshop. But i dont think you can in Gimp, i've done some researching and i dont think its possible yet. Oh wells. I can always rotate the canvas instead

Well what you can do is open that file in gimp and edit it that way.

yea but the thing is i dont want to fill my brushes with copies of the same brush.... thanks for the input though... i'll just rotate the canvas like i've said that works fine for me.. thanks..
