My first illustration

About a month ago I started exploring the graphical side of things (mainly because a module came up at uni that required it) rather than just developing and I got myself a copy of Illustrator.

The Project was to make a portrait of ourselves... I chose to do something not to seriouse, but I think it came out well for a first go.

Thats awesome, very vector-ee lol. Did you use livetrace?

Don't think live trace would do that, especially the shirt buttons and stuff. Just used the pen tool for it all

I think the vectors and everything looks good. You did a good job on shading and everything. Although i think you could of done something better with the hair and a little more on lighting. Other then that its pretty awesome . GJ A+

GJ although a little messy work with the index finger on the right side, seems a little crumpled along the way, but overall good look
